1. Comprehensive Labor & Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our installations. All new equipment installations include a 1-year labor warranty from the date of startup.

• Extended Protection: This labor warranty is extended to a total of 5 years provided the system is covered under a continuous preventative maintenance agreement exclusively with Access Comfort Inc.

• Priority Service: Warranty-related concerns receive priority scheduling, with a 24-hour response goal to ensure your comfort is restored quickly.

2. "No Lemon" Equipment Guarantee

We provide protection against major factory defects to ensure you receive the full value of your investment:

• Compressors: If the compressor fails within the first 5 years, we will replace the entire condensing unit rather than just the faulty part.

• Heat Exchangers: If the heat exchanger cracks within the first 10 years, we will replace the entire furnace or air handler unit.

3. Parts & Component Return Policy

• Uninstalled Items: Standard stock parts may be returned within 30 days in original, unopened packaging, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Electrical Components: To maintain safety and inventory integrity, electrical parts (such as control boards, motors, and capacitors) are non-returnable once they have been installed or energized.

• Special Orders: Custom-fabricated ductwork or non-stock OEM parts are final sale.

4. Property Protection Promise

Our technicians treat your property with the utmost respect. We guarantee that your flooring, walls, and ceilings will be protected during our work. If any accidental damage occurs during an installation or repair, we will provide professional cleaning or repair services at no cost to you.

Policy Requirements

To keep these guarantees in effect, the system must be operated according to the manufacturer’s instructions and receive documented professional maintenance—including seasonal tune-ups and regular filter changes—performed by Access Comfort Inc. This ensures your equipment stays in peak condition and prevents avoidable breakdowns.
