For founder Eden Ayala, that belief started long before he became a licensed HVAC contractor — it began in the early days of his career, working hands‑on with mechanical systems, solving problems others couldn’

Access Comfort Inc. was built on a simple belief: people deserve comfort they can count on. For founder Eden Ayala, that belief started long before he became a licensed HVAC contractor — it began in the early days of his career, working hands‑on with mechanical systems, solving problems others couldn’t, and learning what real customer service looks like.
Eden spent more than 15 years inside the mechanical rooms, rooftops, classrooms, and chilled‑water plants of Central Florida. He repaired systems in hotels, kept schools cool in the summer heat, managed countywide HVAC operations, and even trained the next generation of technicians as an instructor at Universal Technical Institute. Every step of the way, he saw the same thing: people needed honest work, clear communication, and someone who actually cared about doing the job right.
That’s why he created Access Comfort Inc. — a company built on craftsmanship, integrity, and the kind of experience you can’t fake.
As a licensed and insured HVAC contractor, Eden brings deep expertise in residential and commercial systems, chilled water equipment, cooling towers, zoning design, new construction, and complex mechanical troubleshooting. His background includes leadership roles with Osceola County BOCC, where he supervised HVAC operations, managed capital improvement projects, and ensured safety and quality across multiple facilities. Before that, he served as an HVAC specialist for the School District of Osceola County and worked in major hospitality brands like Marriott and Drury Inn, where reliability wasn’t optional — it was the standard.
Eden’s technical foundation is backed by formal training, including an Associate of Science degree, EPA Universal Certification, OSHA 30‑hour construction training, and advanced manufacturer education such as Carrier’s 30‑series chiller fundamentals. He is also a Certified Higher Education Professional (CECU), reflecting his commitment to teaching, leadership, and continuous improvement.
